Talk to someone who genuinely wants to listen.

Kellie Keniger understands how difficult it can be to open up and talk about your deepest thoughts and emotions. That's why my counselling sessions are designed to provide a safe and calm space for clients to express themselves freely, without fear of judgement.

As a highly trained professional, I am committed to listening to you and understanding your unique perspective, offering support and guidance so you can feel heard, respected, and acknowledged.

Everyone's mental health journey is unique. That's why I offer a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Through these and other approaches, I can help you stop the struggle with difficult thoughts and feelings. By learning new coping strategies and shifting negative thought patterns, you can find renewed energy and a sense of calm. Additionally, I can help guide you towards living a life aligned to your values and help you to create a life worth living.

Counselling is flexible and affordable and can give you immediate relief and empowerment.

Flexible settings

Everyone has different needs, that’s something that is really clear. It’s not just about finding a counsellor who is a good fit, it’s also about finding the right setting and the right timing.

That’s why I offer clients a range of options for our meetings. Some like to be face-to-face, on a comfy couch with a cup of tea. Others prefer to be moving around, walking and talking and getting the benefit of exercise for the body as well as the mind. And others find it more convenient to stay in the comfort of their own home and access counselling through an online video call.

Finding what works best for you will go a long way to getting the most out of your counselling session.
