Seeking support - especially for the first time - can feel like a big step. My role is to meet you wherever you are in that process, with warmth, empathy, and evidence-based care.

I’m an experienced counsellor who is deeply committed to understanding each client as a whole person, not just a set of challenges or a diagnosis.

I believe that effective therapy starts with a genuine connection, built on trust and compassion. My approach is grounded in research and guided by experience. I draw from a range of proven therapeutic models, always tailoring our work to your individual needs, goals, and pace. I won’t give you one-size-fits-all strategies. I’ll work alongside you to explore what truly helps.

My work is also informed by who I am outside the therapy room. I’m a mother, a wife, a daughter, a friend, and someone who understands how complex and full life can be. I bring empathy, curiosity, and dedication to each session, not just as a professional, but as a fellow human being.

Counselling isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about creating space to ask the right questions, explore possibilities, and make meaningful, lasting progress together.

If you're feeling unsure about reaching out, that’s okay. Many people do. I’m here to help make that first step feel a little easier.
